Why Sassy Service Is Becoming the Norm At Restaurants

There was a recent study which found that waiting tables is a more stressful job than being a neurosurgeon. There’s a deadline every few minutes, your income depends on pleasing seemingly unpleasable people, and this whole time you have to grin like a village idiot because you’re having so much fun! Now, I’ve never been a neurosurgeon, but I am a server, and I can say with confidence that it’s probably as stressful as knowing an almost imperceptible slip of the finger could kill someone, or, at least, get some brains on your shoe.
