Theo comes home at the end of the day and finds Agnes reading the paper on his porch. He invites her in, one thing leads to another, and it turns out she is pregnant! Risky woohoo strikes again!
So, Theo decides the right thing to do is to invite her to move in - Agnes is now our newest and very unexpected playable Sim!

After another long day at the gym, Theo is offered a blind date. Turns out it's Clementine!
They head to his cousin Veronica's new restaurant, La Cantina Marinara, and end up defiling a bench outside by the time the date is over!
Theo heads downtown to the cineplex and bumps into Jasmine, and asks her out on a date. They had some fun singing karaoke and eating sushi, but her needs were too low so she ended the date a little early.
Theo is working very hard to sell those gym memberships and personal training!

Theo struggles to get the gym off the ground, gets some more dates to add to his tally, and has a drastic change in circumstances.
After their date ends, Simone springs a bit of a surprise on Theo - can he watch Lola just for a little while so she can whip out to the store and grab some groceries?
She rushes off to do just that, while Theo is left a little clueless trying to figure out how to care for the little one.
