Well, so much for an actually-interesting storyline. “I don’t want a love story but i get one! For two episodes!”
Like I said before, this is really disappointing because it offers nothing in the way of...narrative continuity. We know it’s not going to affect anything, it’s not going to matter. It’s just...empty.
She also pretty much just owns up to inserting her character into everything, into how her character became mayor in the first place, and how much she values “strong independent women.”
Any hopes that the character of Abigail would become more interesting and enjoyable are...pretty much out the window now.

Mixing the right hard finishes really refines a product. Look out for the right level of contrast and balance; listen to your gut feeling and you'll just know when it feels right. These gentlemen get it.
