Life has been somewhat more comfortable and tolerable when Loki agreed to let Princess Saaturn live with him in his little hideout under the city. He breathed a sigh as he glanced about his dark, dank little makeshift home. It wasn't much, but it was something.

He hid near the subway station underneath New York City. He found the secret passageway one day when he was walking about and followed the corridor into a small room. It almost seemed like someone had lived here before him, but it was long-abandoned. There was a cot in the corner that served as a bed and a broken-down drawer that kept whatever casual clothes he could find. Whenever he need water, he would walk to either the sewers or to the river. There was a single flickering lightbulb that provided the light.

However, when Saaturn wanted to live with him, he worked hard to spruce the place up a bit - flowers in a vase on a fixed dresser, clean sheets on the cot with a makeshift bed on the floor next to to the cot, the addition of a sink and shower-head - he tried his hardest to make it as nice as it could be.

He laid on the floor, staring up at the ceiling in thought.

It was an uneventful day, and Caitlyn was bored. So, when a sound of footsteps approached, she quickly looked up, only to find a girl wandering by herself. With a grin, she started to disappear and walked to her, sneaking up as soundless as she could. "Welcome to Wonderland," the girl whispered as she was close enough, though still invisible.

Loki narrowed his eyes upon the sight of the female before him. For one, he could tell that she wasn't human...rather far from it. But she also seemed vaguely familiar. "Pardon me," he said, stepping in front of her. "But you look familiar... Have we met?"
