What my leg day consisted of...
Warm up: 10mins. on the treadmill (4incline, 5mph)
3x10 Bulgarian Split Squats: 5lb Dumbbells
3x12 Regular Squats: Bar
3x12 Bicep & Hamstring Curls: 5lb Dumbbells
3x15 Calf Raises (Straight, Wide V, Toes In): 8lb Dumbbells
3x15 Dead-lifts: Bar
3x15 Seated Leg Extensions: 20lbs
4x10 Donkey Kicks: No weight
4x10 Fire Hydrants: No weight
3x 30sec. Wall Sits: 8lbs
3x12 Single Leg Dead-lifts: 8lbs I also walked my dog for 20mins. I burned 577 calories in total and 75g of fat. I was also supposed to do another day of 30 day shred level 2, but quite honestly I was just lazy...I look forward to upping my weights later on because seeing it written down makes me feel weak. I'll be investing in some ankle weights to make those donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and single leg dead-lifts more challenging. Tomorrow's a new day to do better, so until then...
