Last month I was invited to the launch of Miami’s premiere sports and entertainment agency, The ONE Agency. It was an honor to hear the founder, Marcus Andrews, talk about growing up in the village outside of Chicago with his best friends, and how Dwayne Wade’s career encouraged them to work together.
