So if you didn’t know already, I had quite the rocky start with Seren from the moment she was born, she was an amazing child, it had nothing to do with her but more with myself and the struggles I found within myself. Luckily living where I do, I have had plenty of help from midwives, health visitors doctors, nurses and the many charities like Flying Start which help parents and those who struggle with the everyday. Every now and then we get someone who comes around and checks in on us making sure we are doing okay along side health visitor visits and the last visit included a talk about a child’s behaviour and self esteem and the book ‘the parenting puzzle’ helps with literally every parenting block ever! Also the book is based on the child and the adult, there are segments about self care and finding time for yourself as well as things to do with baba.
