The perfect scoop is a great niche spot. They spot is based around anime. If you're a huge anime fan it's a good place to stop by. But if you go for the ice cream and boba. They need some work. I like the fact they have vegan options for the vegetarians and lactose guest. They are new and need some time to get their flow.
