I'm sure most folks who have worked on a cross-functional team have come across a rude and disrespectful project manager that loses his/her composure and shouts at the team if things aren't going as planned. In my opinion, there's no need for it and shows that the project manager has a lack of leadership, empathy and how to motivate the team.
