Hey Simmers, welcome to our first Sims 4 Challenge! This idea started out as a thank you to our followers, and it happened at the perfect time! We will go over all entries and the one we like the most will get a download of The Sims 4: Island Living! There’s some simple rules we want to go over first:
Do not change the shape of any pre-existing exterior or interior walls. Do not add any exterior walls (you can add fencing).
Do not use any Custom Content.
Keep it as a Residential Lot.
Tag us using #ThePropertyShell when you upload to the gallery and on social media. Add your handle if you have one so we know who you are!
COMPLETE BY THURSDAY JUNE 20, 2019 11:59PM EST.
You can create whatever floorplan you want, you can decorate and design it however you want, you can landscape it however you want, and you can put it on whatever lot you want!
Look it up on the Sims Gallery by searching for The Property Sims Shell, or by searching for #ThePropertyShell, or just by searching for our gallery in specific at The Property Sims.
