His elbows rested on the kotatsu and his hands held his drooped head in order to sustain a growing headache. Sigh. A pile of crumpled papers lay in front of him, alongside a textbook with a variety of symbols, letters and numbers written on it. Kanji Tatsumi had tried his best to tame the beast that was Maths, and yet he had failed.

Kanji had trouble wrapping his head around the subject. It was not like he was bad with numbers; he understood them well enough. The problem was that Maths evolved into a monstrosity which relied on letters and graphs and geometry more than numbers.

One might say that asking for help would be the most appropriated course of action, and Kanji would’ve agreed. Unfortunately, the heir of the Textile Shop had run out of options: Chie-senpai and Yosuke-senpai were a no-no; Yukiko-senpai was good at studying, but she was usually busy with her family’s inn; Rise or Naoto would be difficult to approach, and, besides, they didn’t have the same experience his senpai did.

He had no options, unless he brought forth the wild card: Yu Narukami-senpai.

Senpai was always glad to lend a hand, but Kanji didn’t wish to bother him over and over again. To make sure there really was no other way, he considered his alternatives.

One, he could get lucky and manage to get a decent grade - that was the beauty of multiple choice, after all. However, relying on luck was not a good plan. Strike.

Two, he could ignore the issue and fail the exam. If that were to happen, Ma would be upset. Heck, she might even cry. There was no way he could let that happen. Strike.

Three, he could stop worrying and ask Senpai for his aid. Most likely, that would mean his grade would be better than simply passing, too. Striking that one would mean he was out, thus Kanji reluctantly embraced the last option.

He picked up his celphone and dialed the contact “Yu Narukami”. Would Senpai pick up the call?

This isn't really specific to how you portray Akihiko, but about your writing in general. I really like how you provide ample descriptions and also really make the reader understand the reasoning behind Akihiko's actions and choice of words. Let's just say if Yu/Akihiko was a ship I supported, I would be all over you. Jk kinda not really.

What is one thing you really like about how I play my character?

It’s funny because most of that ~ample description~ is a product of plain ol’ filler and because I just like painting da picshures wit da werds. I’d say it’s about 50-50.

Also because the outer senshi were the cool senpais that everyone had a crush on.

Pluto isn't a planet, she dies a lot, and has to do with time so: Shinji. Neptune is the flawless one with the sharp temper that even Uranus is afraid of, so Mitsu. And even tho Jupiter would fit Akihiko more, Uranus is the god of the sky, she's the most physical, and they have matching lesbian hair cuts.
