What’s in Bob’s Bag? Day 2 We asked @bob_peters what his favorite bar tool was? He shared with us that he couldn’t leave home without a mixing glass. When mixing spirit forward cocktails it is very important to have the right dilution & chill factor and this can only be accomplished by swiftly stirring a cocktail’s ingredients with a bar spoon before it is strained into an appropriate serving glass.
