(🐈) Iza had always provided accurate information to one of his clients. Despite, the fact that he was lazy he always did his job wonderfully. The last thine the feline would ever want to do is ruin his reputation and it seemed that all of his effort of keeping his name and reputation in high regards had paid off. Truthfully, Iza was never expected to get rewarded for all of his efforts.
He had thought that his client was joking when they had said they were going to give him a wonderful reward. Iza couldn’t lie in thinking that he would get pampered in bed, but that had never happened. His client was a Frenchmen, perhaps one of the only Frenchmen Iza had ever known but he had said that he can get the feline a possession so valuable it was perhaps worth more than all of the items the feline had collected throughout his years.
The feline still thought all of it was a joke. What was more valuable and worth more than anything he had? He had wondered this for what felt like weeks, maybe even months. That was until he had returned home after a day of the usual, gathering information from several of his feline friends in the streets, observing people and sunbathing.
It was a surprise to see the Frenchmen again, though, he had something with him. “I told you I’d bring you something valuable, non?” He spoke, his voice heavy with the foreign accent that Iza had grown fond of.
Honestly, Iza wasn’t sure how to respond, especially when the large glass box was sitting in the corner of his apartment by his desk. How did he even get it through his door? The feline couldn’t help his curiosity and went to the box. Upon closer inspection, the glass was bullet proof. Whatever was it in must have been dangerous, though when he saw the figure seemingly resting inside Iza was unsure of what to think. “What’s so special about a boy?”
“Ahh, mon ami, he is anything but a boy.” He spoke, though Iza couldn’t understand what he meant by it.
The feline frowned, “Is that so?” None of it made sense. Iza brought a hand to rest on the back of his neck, “Well, I suppose I should thank you for this rather...unusual gift I suppose.”
“Non, please, do not thank me. For all you have done for me? This is nothing.” They said, as if trying to be modest.
Iza simply waved them off, having had enough of them. How annoying. He couldn’t help but think. The feline couldn’t just reject this so called “gift” but what was he suppose to do with them? Did he really want them? Maybe, though he was unsure if they would be able to understand each other. Surely, his client had gotten this “gift” from France. No, this is fine. I’m sure I’ll understand a little.
The feline was still looking into the cage, unsure if he should open it or not. He couldn’t help but get lost in thought. Iza hadn’t even noticed or responded to his client when they said their good-byes and left. He was trying to figure out just what to do with this blond-haired male.
