I took the opportunity to watch Heaven's Feel 2 a third time (help) since they were extending its showing and something caught my eye: Sakura left her key to the Emiya household again before going to confront Zouken and considering the way they animated the rain scene, I'm 100% certain they will parallel that scene with when Shirou will try to reach Sakura while he's 200.0% SWORD and he's gonna give back her key again and I'll be crying when it happens.

that would be awesome but i mostly see that happening after the big final end-of-the-world fight. but you know what? if what you say happens just imagine the inner struggle within sakura as she sees this reminder of the happiness she thought she forsook once angra mainyu took hold of her and losing control because SHE’S SO FILLED WITH RAGE AND RESENTMENT AND DESTRUCTION but she’s also being filled with that sense of wanting to belong to a family again and all these emotions that appeal to the humanity she thought she had lost. good idea, my dude. good idea.
