Hey crafty babes out there, a good friend of mine gave me this absolutely gorgeous bag for Christmas, but one side is entirely embroidered with several threads already sticking out/coming undone and I’m terrified of getting it caught on something and tearing apart the embroidery.

I’ve been looking around at different kinds of fray fixer glue but I’ve never used it before for anything like this (kinda just looks like regular craft glue anyway???) and I’m doubtful it would be good to use over such a large area without ruining the embroidery.

What do my dear mutuals think? Any suggestions that would help keep the embroidery safe?

For my non-American followers or those who haven’t heard, North Carolina is trying to pass a bill in which men are legally allowed to murder women (“using extremely extreme deadly force”) if they seek an abortion for any reason, plus it includes women who use IUDs because IUDs are also abortions, apparently

Concerns also extend to families who use in vitro fertilization and women with IUDs.

I will never stop losing my mind over the fact that Freud said “yeah all men go through a time when they want to kill their father and have sex with their mother” and enough men said “wow yeah that’s definitely true for me” that it was written in textbooks and taught in schools and basically treated as psychological fact for how many decades including countless people still believing it to this day. Dudes did that. That’s a thing that was done by these guys.

Attention radblr artists! I need someone who knows how to Art and I’d rather commission a rad lady instead of some rando who secretly draws furry loli waifu shit on the side. I’m looking for a realistic royal portrait of my family like we’re a bunch of game of thrones characters or something similar, because my mom was so excited for us to all dress up for the Renaissance Fair last week so she could use it for a Christmas card this year, but it didn’t work out the way she was hoping for several different reasons and now she’s very sad and disappointed but pretending not to be so I must fix this at all costs! She never asks for anything and she deserves whatever she wants!!!
