Enticing the woodworking guy making my sprout cold frames with chocolate once I heard he’s German heritage and loved German chocolate cake growing up. Actually I was already obsessed with making this but found out afterward as per my usual psychic-ness. Pisces south node again. 🥰 Fun anyways, making the raw version of Nutella. Last night I was fascinated with #TheHealthyLife of Cara in her great tan and makeup and pro video. YouTube link in comments. And once again she helped out this old timer been doing all this since the mid 70s but that just means I still have a lot to learn and I never grow up! Yay! The hazelnuts get ground first, plain, until they become a creamy nut butter. I didn’t have maple so syrup so I used some palm sugar disks I had from the Asian store. Plus a viewer on my fb live suggested coconut aminos which have the liquid and salty sweet I needed. Otherwise I pretty much followed the recipe although I also was out of vanilla extract so I used a small bit of vanilla pod I had. Yum factor all way through. A tad of Sweet Leaf English Toffee Stevia also. So I made the crepe a little different too and my cashew cream actually had #mycoforce reish chaga shitaki maitaki in it otherwise was based on Cara’s rendition and I even squeezes the Nutella out of a baggie and out flowers in too and cacao nibs like Cara’s. Took a gazillion photos as well trying to scope out the best I could get.
