I'm still 50/50 on whether I think there's a supernatural reason that Avery is so forgotten by the rest of the town. Because we don't know their whole story its hard to take a guess at what that reason could be. everything could be explained with mundane reasons 100%, but this is a fantasy horror mystery, so the mundane usually isnt all there is say...

my only real wonder is if there's some reason they havent been brought into the 'system' of Scarlet Hollow so to speak, that force that binds everyone to the town also binding everyone together. if for some reason Avery wasn't affected by it? that for some reason they werent integrated into the web?

all that is to say, I wonder if Avery tried to leave, would they be able to?

[my secondary thought is maybe its because they drank sybils tea LMAO but then why would she want them forgotten? So many questions]
