A moment of silence for all the unfortunate souls who suffer with this fate

We're all butts now!
In the Dope Show!
If your recording setup is still giving you trouble, I'd be happy to try and help! I've been working with home recording equipment since I was a kid, so while I can't guarantee anything, I'm pretty confident I can help if need-be.
That actually be very helpful and thank you! Tonight though, I’m giving it a break. I’m too strung out over this fiasco that I rather try again later tomorrow when I’m refreshed and at ease.
Do you have any advice for adjusting one's sleep schedule? Between finishing college and working inconsistent shifts, I've been having a lot of trouble getting onto a normal, healthy, consistent sleep schedule, and I want to try and fix that this summer.
If your sleep schedule is outta wack and you want to “reset” your body clock, there are a few things you could try before seeking a sleep specialist.
Your diet and when you choose to eat can affect your sleep. If you eat too much before you want to try to sleep, chances are your body is going to work itself to digest and metabolize whatever it was and that’ll prevent you from attaining a deep restful sleep. You might luck out with a good nap, but that’s about it. So, to prevent this set a hard limit time on when you can eat and if you do eat anything afterward keep it extremely light or just stick to water. If possible, try to even schedule yourself an earlier dinner than normal. Say four or five hours before you’d normally want to go to sleep. Don’t skip breakfast either! Get in the habit of getting a calorie and protein rich breakfast and break your fast at around the time you’d want your body to wake up.
Avoid major stimulates prior to the hour you want to go to sleep. I don’t mean just caffeine, but also things like video games or any activity really that requires a lot of brain power. You can easily keep yourself too focused and overworked and by the time your body wins over and you feel like crashing hours of potential sleep has already passed you by. During that last hour if you need to do something entertaining besides zombie tv watching, read a book. Seriously, find a book that you find is comforting and just go a few chapters... and the moment you start feeling like you’re nodding off? Put the book down, turn off the light and let your brain relax.
Lastly, alter your environment to be better for sleep. Visual and audio stimulus affects our sleep. If you find you’ve been sleeping odd hours, you might want to try moving yourself to be in places that are optimal for restful sleep. Dark and quiet. It’s not always convenient and sometimes you can’t help the environment you’re in but you can find workarounds with sleep masks, white noise machines, and making sure your sleep space is used purely for sleep. That means if you have homework or some report you feel you must get done? Okay fine. But the moment you’re in bed you leave all of that behind or even in an entirely different room if you can. No doing work while in your bed. Your bed should be a space of rest and rejuvenation, not another workspace.
If you try all these things and for a while, nothing is changing, consider seeking a behavioral psychologist or a sleep specialist and tell them what's wrong. Good luck to you and any other sleep deprived followers! I wish you all the best and a happy and healthy good night’s rest.
Well if "what's up" isn't in vogue, then what about what's down?
My calorie count ... and damn I should not be looking at all of these junk food pictures. I feel like I’m cheating!
So I've been meaning to get into hockey for a while. My best friend from college is a huge Rangers fan and wants me to become one as well. You're a Caps fan, sell me on sticking local and going with the Capitals instead of the Rangers.
Other than they are my favorite sports team?
Babe, you can choose who you like but I’ll always be rooting for my Capitals. This has been a great year for them in both scoring and defense. Not a lot of franchises successfully won the President’s trophy twice in a row but this year they accomplished it on a wide margin. For the Eastern division, we ended our regular season with a 7+ point lead from the 2nd placed Pittsburg Penguins. Not only that but check out our goal’s stats...

Holtby is having one of the best years any goalie could ask for! Defending us for a total of 42 wins. Not only that but this makes Holtby the third goaltender in league history to record at least 40 wins in three consecutive seasons! I won’t be surprised if he is named an MVP.
So, hope I answered your question and to be seeing you cheering on the Washington Capitals as we go for broke to win the Stanley Cup this year!
