Weirdly enough this one gave me a little trouble but I did my very best <3

Adam is in the bathroom when Ben turns to Sam and says, “Just because I don’t say much doesn’t mean I don’t notice everything.” “What do you mean?” “How you look at him.” Ben shrugs, “How you’re madly in love with him.” “Don’t—” “It’s okay.” “Is it?” Sam sounds doubtful, almost angry. “Because the two of you are fucking and–” “I don’t play like that.” Ben’s eyes burn, “If Adam wants to playact romance with you, be my guest. Just don’t try to gaslight me into thinking there’s nothing going on here.” A beat of silence, and then– “I’ll win.”

What a lovely rose you've got there---- I just have a feeling you'd appreciate a snippet from my Maeve/Adam/Ben WIP <3

Adam snores once, before scrunching up his nose, and burying his face in the pillow. It’s pretty damn cute. Ben’s arm is getting the tingles where Adam has it trapped, but any attempt to pull it free is immediately stopped by Maeve tightening the grip on his hips. Shuffling a little, Ben manages to get at least a tiny bit more comfortable.  Who knew the two boniest people on earth would be such cuddlers.  Well, Ben should have known.

It is mostly an excuse for me to write Aro!Ben ending in a situationship with Adam + Maeve, but it is also just--- lots of cuddling <3

2. Has writing a fic ever changed your opinion of a character?

Yes, and you won't be surprised that the most recent example of that was probably Sam Denby SDFGhj

I was pretty neutral on him until I started writing Ground Control because I couldn't really get a grasp on him. I hadn't listened to the Layover, I only knew him from the show itself and a handful of other things and--- Sam is a hard one to grasp, I feel like. So sitting down and writing 32k exclusively from his point of view softened my take on him a lot.

And look at me now--- he might be the POV I write most often.

So I scrolled back specifically to find this quiz. And I got Combeferre which honestly is ACCURATE but also there was a whole chunk where I had no idea what the question even meant so I just pICKed oNE so the fact that there was a whole chunk I essentially randomised but still ended up with an accurate answer is frightening
