I HAVE A LOVE/HATE RELATIONSHIP... with my body. The little things... The tiny little details... I've gained some extra fluff ( #thicc ) But on the flip side.. Check out the extra muscle development in my shoulders in this past year. I have spent a good chunk of this last year building muscle and fixing my metabolism as opposed to losing fat and THE STRUGGLE 👏IS 👏 REAL. BUT. the struggle is necessary for those tiny little details that will make all the difference when it's time for my physique to change.
