my two cents:
some people criticize Rima Rickman for allowing Alan’s diaries to be published. But honestly — if she was really this “awful person” would she still have the love and support of his closest friends… and even his family?
I don’t think every single page was released (I remember hearing that in an interview). and now that I’m reading them, I don’t see anything compromising at all,just everyday moments, tenderness, little flashes of his voice — like he’s still here.
So, like Sophia Waghorn said (last pic), I can only be grateful to his wife, Mrs. Rima Rickman.
Reading his diaries..no scandals, no gossip. Just smiles, warmth, and emotion. Almost like he is still alive...
