I think what’s so important when you look at Elizabeth is that she’s naive, she isn’t stupid. She’s got her wits and I think that’s a hard thing to do and it isn’t always easy. I used to have a character with those qualities that I played intensely for some time (with a lot of help because it was new for me) and I pull on that experience for Elizabeth.
