Hi... I'm a baby witch and I've been reading a lot about Freyr (across the internet, not just on Tumblr) I'm feeling really drawn to Him, but I'm terrified to reach out. What if I miss something? I don't feel like I'm able to sense anything. Should I wait until I grow more in my craft? Should I reach out not knowing if an offering is accepted or welcome? *muppet arms flailing*
In my experience when you first start reaching out to a deity to a degree they expect you to not be sure of what your doing for them they expect you to have an idea but if it's a bit wrong they'll tell you an go from there
Not everyone can sense when a deity is there or it takes time to feel when they're there so I wouldn't worry about that too much
Your the only one who will know when it's time to reach out people are ready for deity's at different times an it really varies to each person no one can tell you when the right time is
The best way to reach out to a deity is to leave an offering an see if they take it that method works best if you can leave your offering outside for freyr I've given him granola bars an crackers an he seemed to like both
