Noted Vladimir Putin enthusiast and presumed billionaire Donald Trump failed to secure the popular vote, but due to a bureaucratic agency known as the Electoral College (created by popular Broadway star Alexander Hamilton) he was nevertheless elected to the office. Realizing that America was on the verge of self-destruction, supervillain mastermind The Scourge decided it was time to take action (America will be destroyed by he and he alone! The streets will run red with the hats of the believers!) And so, he made use of the most powerful forum known to man: he interrupted a comedy open mic at a local pizza place…
