also I like that you add these little details and scenes that show that Lily is an impressive witch in her own right and comes across to James as more than a pretty face that he’s chasing. It substantiates his interest (...for a lack of a better word) and makes the story that much richer!

Hell yes! Even when she’s not the strongest, she’s still smart and talented, which is a Lily-given! Plus I’d like to think she’s a bit of an enigma to him just like he is to her… 🤔❓
