1. Do you play any instruments? yes i do i've played clarinet since grade six but i also play guitar, ukulele, and i know a little piano and, if it counts, i can also play mallet instruments ooh

2. What pets do you have? i have two cats, gusto and suzie, and a sheltie dog, spike, and a maltese, demetri 

3. What is your best friend like? aw man she's great she listen to good music (even if it's super indie) and doesn't mind when i rant about ryan ross and ryden and she even watched brokeback mountain with me so you gotta know we're close 

4. Favorite movie? fuck this is a hard question but i gotta say black swan because that movie is amazing and fucks me up every time i watch it

5. If you had to get a tattoo what would you get? Or what was your first tattoo if you already have one? i don't have a tattoo but if i was going to get one i would get one of those white ink ones of quotation marks on either wrist because i love to write

7. What is your dream job? man just being a novel writer it sounds so great to just be able to live off writing books

10. What 2 people would you want with you if you were trapped on an island? i might regret this but ryan ross because i feel like he could tell me some fucked up stories and he'd be quiet most of the time and um probably aaron paul just because

i met fob at leeds fest this year and it was one of the best days of my life and yeah i got a hug off patrick and pete and patrick gives the best hugs i have ever experienced oh and when i hugged pete i tried to pull back and he didn't and it was just awkward for a moment and then when he did i was just kinda like 'jesus christ what just happened' bc i wasn't convinced he actually existed until that point and then i kinda froze and stared at him and he just sort of waved awkwardly (cont'd)

(cont'd) and only then did i remember i was meant to leave now so that's the story of how i got a really awkward wave and hug off pete wentz also fun fact you know that picture that goes round of the signing tent with pete and joe and that one fangirl pulling hilarious faces that's me in the background w/ patrick yup that is my claim to fame

oh my god????? that is so great im so jealous oh gosh go u friend that sounds like such an amazing experience

Here's a long ass post about me seeing Kids In Glass Houses.

So I got to the venue at like 2.45 or something and it was fucking freezing and I was the only person there. Less than 10 minutes later, Shay and Iain walk into the venue (they didn't know which doors to go in awh) and I just sort of nodded. Not long after, Joel does the same thing, but I actually pointed it out to him. I saw Propellers unload their "bus" (aka a cart and a jeep) and Jay unload the merch van. I pretty much saw everyone (except Aled and Philip, weirdly). I nearly fell asleep a lot and I was freezing and in desperate need of a wee. 

Skip to about 5.30 and Anastasia shows up and we talk and realise we've met before. Twice. We eventually queue properly with barriers and stuff and yay social interaction with people. The security guard who always recognises my hat (nicknamed 'hobo hat' by my mum) once again recognised me. My sister showed up with McDonalds and coffee for me and took my bag to my mum's car (a+ sister I have) and i finished the coffee in like 2 minutes. Oops. 

Literally as soon as I got in the venue I ran for the toilet and Ana (Anna? how do you spell it idk) saved me a spot because she's lovely and we chatted for the hour we had before Propellers about various things. 

Propellers were actually really good but I couldn't hear the singer even though he was right in front of me... The bassist looked like Ryan Ross and my cousin had a baby. Weird. But they were fun. 

Then we had another half hour to kill before kigh came on so yay interaction. 

Finally they came on and jesus fuck I forgot how amazing they are (sue me it's been like 2 years and 2 days since I last saw them). My binder kept falling down when I was jumping though so I had to keep pulling it back up ooopsies. And they didn't give us water at any point. But the girl next to me got given a bottle from Aled and shared it. So I shared spit with him and like 5 other people. Hmm. 

Alas there was no encore, but the guy giving out setlists gave me the last one because he recognised me from earlier. (Anyone who says getting to gigs early doesn't have benefits can leave). I took a picture [I would post but it didn't take :(] and then gave it to Anna because I knew I wouldn't be hanging around to meet them or anything because my mum had already been sat outside for a while. 

On our (me + my sister) way out, she spotted Rachel and we chatted for a little and stuff. 

Finally left the venue and the A+ security guy mentioned he doesn't recognise me without my hat. (tbf it does make me look about 5 years younger). And then someone else started talking to him and my sister dragged me away. 

And so now I'm home and in my bed and cold (dammit bedroom) and ready to watch Glee in like 2 hours. woo.
