1973 orientation
From a Public Affairs/University News film dated 1973, a look at some different things around the campus during orientation week. Several construction scenes, the Founders Garden, Demosthenian Hall’s grass being mowed, some hedges being clipped. Then this nice shot of a flower garden at Stegeman Coliseum:
And then they cut to students in groups, each wearing name tags, and getting on a bus. The side ponytails are a dead giveaway as to the era...
But the real clincher is this guy’s PANTS!
