A man apologized for interrupting my ride a few weeks ago. He said he saw my semi colon and wanted to say he appreciates it. I thanked him for acknowledging it. He said he couldn't show me his lol... We laughed & parted ways. It's past midnight. Yesterday was #noshameday. It's mental health awareness month. I've been in therapy for decades. I take an anti-depressant. I am so happy that I'm clear that my story isn't over yet. I remember not feeling that way. ❤ Support and help are key. #thesiweproject #semicolonproject #mentalhealthawareness
