Eliott continued, “Just imagine if you could throw that customer into a wall and leave with no scratches, bruises or consequences. And look super badass while doing it.” “Seriously, though. Here’s my Evak soulmate fic, that’s part of the 75 dates in the Skam Univers Fic and art fest! I wrote this with the prompt “bicycle ride.” Thank you so much, @evakuality, for beta-reading!
Six sentence sunday (Evak)
So, I’m still writing on this thing for the 75 Skam dates challenge. Well, the first draft is finished, but it still needs some work. Anyway, this thing is called “Lost & bound”, and it’s for the prompt “Bicycle ride”. However, this is a bicycle ride date gone wrong. It’s a one-shot in 21 parts. Nonlinear narrative. Altering POVs.
Short summary: Even has been in an accident and he has lost his memory for the past three years. However, Isak gets a shock when Even tells him that they’re bonded soulmates, and expects them to be a couple. If you’re curious, you can see another six sentence thing from it here.
‘I don’t remember how we bonded.’
It knocks the air out of Isak. They’re bonded?
He knows, distantly, that everybody’s staring at them, but he cannot move, especially when Even takes his hand, and holds his eyes.
And it’s closer than they’ve been in a long time, except of course for—
“Isak. I am really sorry.” Even’s voice is so warm. He lifts his chin to ask for a kiss.
Isak swallows through a dry throat, and says nothing. And still, the pull between them is impossible to resist. He leans closer and answers Even’s request with a soft kiss.
How could he not?
Because it feels amazing.
Right.
Amazingly right.
Even’s lips are warm, and soft, and Isak could probably stay here for the rest of his life, provided that Even stays too, and keeps looking at him like that, and kisses him, and—

This scene was so inspiring, but I struggled a little to paint what I had in my mind. I could probably have worked a lot more on it, but I’m scared to fuck it up so I’ll let it be. ;)
