While visiting my son in Austin yesterday, I made a personal record-three coffee shops and one teahouse! So many more to visit. I plan to go back to Monkey Nest next time and try a coffee drink. I had a berry tea drink this trip. I liked the atmosphere, too. Very friendly staff. My favorite is still Piknik, the first coffee shop I ever visited in Austin. They make a Bulletproof type coffee and broth drinks. When I visit in warmer weather, I plan to do a "mocktail" tour and enjoy cold fruity drinks. Also enjoyed lunch with my son at Chi'lantro and later after hubby was out of seminar, dinner at Threadgill's.
