Why did Coulson keep Theta protocol secret? If Theta protocol was the New Avengers facility seen in Avengers: Age of Ultron, why would that need to be kept secret from the team?
It's not like Hydra didn't know you were trying to find former agents so Hydra finding out wouldn't be all that of a big deal. On top of that the fact that Coulson considered May for the Avengers Initiative before the Bahrain incident, keeping her in the dark makes even less sense.
I was wondering if Skye knew about Theta Protocol.
Because if she did know,it would be grounds for the other characters that keep categorising and labeling the two on which they’d support their idea of Phil losing control when it comes to Skye.Or something equally dumb.
Although,the most probable scenario here,is that she didn’t know either.
I just saw Age of Ultron.... and I have to say....
That I loved what they did with Clint’s character. Giving him a family cemented the idea that Clint was the member of the team that brought the “gods” back to being human - he is the most human of the team after all.
Bruce breaking Natasha’s heart broke my heart. She opened herself up, and he disappeared... Man, that’s gotta blow. The Clintasha brotp moments were amazing...
As is the potential Romanogers coming up next film. I’m very excited to see where it goes...
But, I was waiting for Coulson to show up.... Maybe in Civil War. Theta Protocol was amazing.
Minor Age of Ultron Spoliers
I really wanted someone (Hill, Fury) to say that the new avengers base had the codename Theta Protocol. no such luck.
i cant explain how excited i am for the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron.
I couldnt even hold back my excitement when coulson brought up Theta protocol on SHIELD and said, “ assemble the Avengers.”
