There are times when long distance sucks, like really really sucks & the only person who can make you feel better is the one person you can't be with at that moment. However, living about 1,775 miles apart from each other, almost 4.5 hours to be exact, makes you appreciate how much happier you feel with them in your life. It takes extra time & effort; its constantly reminding each other of our goals & what we want to achieve together, it's plane tickets, video calls, falling asleep on the phone, waking up a little earlier to talk before work, sending gifts via air mail, running up our data & thank God for crappy Wi-Fi. We knew it was going to happen & I used to be so scared about it, he'd say "we'll be fine" everytime I cried - his optimism is annoying. We get to explore a new country together & I have an extra excuse to fly back home. We know what we want & I know we'll be ok, what Jah put together.....😍 Here's to #Canada2017 #NewAdventures #JamaicaToCanada #InternationalLove #TheTestOfTime #TheTestOfDistance 😊 bienvenue au Canada mon amour (at Toronto Pearson International Airport)
