Hello everyone and hope your week has got off to a good start. Today I’m sharing three more paperbacks that I got recently, two nonfiction books and the second in the Outlander series. I’ve heard good things about The Transgender Issue in that the author reclaims the idea of the “transgender issue” to uncover the reality of what it means to be trans in a transphobic society. I’d like to educate myself more about this and become a good ally, especially after I read and enjoyed Detransition Baby last year. Dragonfly In Amber is the second in Diana Gabaldon’s popular Outlander series which I’m actually reading at the moment. I’m keen on reading the books before I watch the TV series and so far, I’m enjoying the experience (Outlander review coming soon). The final book, A Manual For Being Human, I’ve actually finished reading fairly recently. I thought it was filled with great advice that I’ll definitely take away into my own personal life but I’m not sure if I can write a detailed enough review on it. I’d love to know your thoughts on any of these books or authors.
