This is a long post. After the art I put on this post, below the art has some information relating to how to avoid being scammed on ACNH.
(When I first got this ask I didn’t have acnh but I tried my best)
Chiaki: I share an Island with Nagito but he isn’t the second resident. We play on the same account but when he takes over, he changes to look like himself. I try not to play animal crossing that much (mostly because I see myself as a completionist) and usually go on to do small chores like checking the stores or crafting small things. After that, I hand it off to Nagito who mostly does the story based elements, so I don’t ruin the fun for him. He finished the game and we got to see the first K.K Slider concert together. It was very fun.
Here’s who we have so far.
Bluebear: we found her when we used our first three NMT’s
Erik: He reminded us of Hajime so we searched for him
Felicity: She looks like Mahiru
Raymond: Nagito found him while Villager Hunting
Sherb: He’s cute and he was at the campsite
Muffy: She was our first Villager
Sheldon: We searched for him for two hours cause he looks like Fuyuhiko
Poppy: She’s cute
Fang: Nagito things he’s cool
Tasha: Reminded us of Tanaka with the hair.

Anti-Scam Tips (for acnh)
Sorry this isn’t double spaced but it is very long and it would take a long time to add the double spaces.
Tip for anyone who wants Raymond: Never try to buy Raymond from anyone. Many people who say ‘Raymond is leaving their island. Looking for Bells and NMTs’ are mostly scammers. This is not to deter anyone for finding someone who has Raymond, but always try to go for Raymond giveaways, or people who ask for items and diys instead of Bells and NMTs, or people who are giving him away for free. You always have a chance at getting a free Raymond if you ask or if you respond to a free Raymond post. I say this cause I mostly giveaway my popular villagers for free instead of asking for Payment.
Also another tip if you feel like you’re in the process of getting scammed. After dropping your bells or nmt, open your inventory and don’t close it for a while. There are chances that the scammer will try to end the session as soon as you drop payment but it won’t be allowed unless your window [in this case, your window is you having your inventory open] is closed. If someone is trying to come to the island or the person is trying to end the session, put your Switch on airplane mode immediately, or close your game.
Do not wait until after the person arrives or the game session ends. This will cause the game to save and the person who scammed you will be left with all the Bells and/or NMTs you gave them.
To go to airplane mode, hold down the home button for the while. A menu should soon put up with the option to turn on airplane mode. Turning on airplane mode with stop the connection and you’ll return back to your island with all your stuff.
To close your game, press the home button once, press ‘x’ on your controller or joycons, then press ‘close’ once the option appears on your screen.
Please be aware when trading and buying popular villagers online. There are so many scummy people in the world and it makes me sad that this happens in the acnh community.
