I wanted to do some Undynes for a long time and suddenly I got inspiration so here are some doodles I made. I love how much expressive she is, changing her face from one that could kill you to a completely kawaii cat liped face. Spears, fish, boulder lifter...she’s perfect.

(Totally ship her with Alphys. They’re adorable XD)

Not to forget her “Undying” form. It was just end the battle and I had to search for remixes and orchestral covers of “Battle against a true hero”. What a masterpiece.

I hope to make some more complete and colored doodles of her and other characters in the future. Maybe I’ll color one of these if I get the time. (I must color the previous ones as well)

I. Cyrus doesn’t know about Desperado’s true intentions/what goals they want to achieve in the world at the present moment, seeming nothing more than a proxy army that goes to war. They seem innocent enough, & even Mistral seems quite the charming person despite something being a little ‘off’ about her. I could actually see them getting along somewhat in the beginning even, perhaps sharing likes. Despite as much, there’s not much that can be suspected about how she truly is seeing that Mistral’s quite the actor.

II. They’re probably the type of gals that go shopping together, maybe even go out for coffee together. Mistral probably asks Cyrus about her bionics, & Cyrus is more than free to ask about her own cybernetics just out of mere curiosity. I feel like this could lead to cute little interactions between them because civilian body Mistral going out for a girl’s night sort of thing with Cyrus hm mmMM 8)

III. Along those lines, there is an underlying deception on Mistral’s side, wanting to learn a bit more about Cyrus’ ideals, about the resistance she’s built— funnily enough there’s a possibility that Mistral might even agree with Cyrus on some points, although whether or not these agreements are genuine or it’s just a sort of play to getting ‘closer’ to Cyrus is uncertain. Who knows, she could even potentially coerce Cyrus into having Desperado & her resistance force allying themselves, explaining that they could help each other.

IV. Additionally, we could have Mistral betray Cyrus after who know how long they work together despite their ‘friendship’ that they had formed. iDU N NO I FEEL LIKE IT COULD BE INTERESTING? Cyrus can hate on her all she wants because lbr Mistral would relish in it lm AO BUT YEAH.
