@Regrann from @vigilante_vegan - So the beef industry sued Oprah Winfrey and Howard Lyman for revealing their cruel and wicked business practices. Their only concern was the money that they lost over a period of two weeks. They weren't concerned with the consumer or the poor animals that were being put through this cruel treatment. The beef industry is only concerned with their bottom line! It just goes to show you, you don't know what is going on with the food that makes it to your plate in the process of being made into your steak or Burger. I hope this post opened some eyes and educates them to just what goes on behind slaughterhouse doors and what happens to good people when they try to reveal the truth to the public. Don't fall for labels that read "free range", "organic", or "raised humanely". They're only labels put on the package to make you feel better about your purchase. At the end of the day the end result is the same for these poor animals. Stop supporting this cruel industry!
