I’m curious as to why you prefer 2003 more since I see many more prefer bhood. I love both but my heart is with Bhood (cuz Riza Hawkeye gets sooooo much more screen time).

oh like I just didn’t really feel as much for most of the characters the way I did in 2003? I just felt like I got to know them better and preferred their characterizations in the first one (though ofc I appreciated more screentime for ppl like Riza and Barry in bhood, and of course having Olivier); it felt more “real” to me.  

Also I liked some of the key plot points better in 2003, like the final boss, wrath/pride identities, homunculi origin, envy’s storyline, and the alchemy reveal (i p much ignore the movie though, it was fun but it went a liiiittle too far for me ahaha) to name some ones that stick out.

man I think the only time my friends have seen me cry is during a sad movie. And once when my mom had surgery but it wasn’t really crying. It’s weird cuz I cry all the damn time. But I find it embarrassing as fuck, I’m an ugly crier.

oh wait, you reminded me that i cried while watching the first hunger games movies in theater and my friends did notice.

crying is the worst too bc you think it'll make you feel better but all you get is real congested and a wicked headache.

like luckily i don't really ever do much more than a tear or two but wow even then that sucks bc i'm usually trying to wipe them away as casually as possible.

me too but also girls who are delicate basically all girls and some boys

hmmm, you do make a good counterpoint. all girls are pretty choice and boys are very hit & miss, in general.
