Sophronius and Acacius sat across from one another.

"So. This is it. The final farewell. The last goodbye. To be honest, I thought we'd last longer."

And so did I. But all good things must come to an end, and this one most of all.

"I suppose you're right. I'm glad you finally listened to me on that."

It'd be hypocritical of me if I didn't.

"I almost got you with this one, didn't I?"

That you did, Acacius. I'll give you credit for that, at least. Thanks for a great time, you two.

"Of course, Lily. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to be more than concepts in the minds of the world."

"Yeah, thanks for everything, kid. I mean that sincerely, for once."

"And thank you to all reading this, for giving us the chance to live and love and be happy. You have all been wonderful to us, and to Lily."

"Yeah, as much as I hate to admit it, the way you guys bugged me so much was kinda fun."

"We will always be in your minds and the minds of your friends and characters. If you ever need me, just stop and listen. I'll be there, quiet though I'll be."

"And I'll always be there, louder than him! You losers aren't getting rid of me ever!"

Okay, you two. That's enough. It's time. Sophronius and Acacius fell silent, staring at one another. They met eyes, and after a beat or two, they both nodded.

"Farewell."

"Goodbye."

They both closed their eyes, and in a moment, they both disappeared.

Guidance brings him up to a cute little cafe at the edge of town. No, I will NOT let myself make a waitress character I will not I will not. I have enough characters already.

It’s very cozy and warm, colored in soft coffee browns.

They both sit down. How the heck honse man sits down- he probably moves a chair out of the way lol-

*he does indeed move a chair aside, carefully lowering himself to the floor. he smiles across the table at her, not seeming to mind the minimal accommodations for someone like him. after all, theres most likely never been centaurs around here before.*

Reason Anon, or Sophronius, is the voice of reason personified. That's all he was before, was a voice. He gained a physical body after realizing that Mix needed better protection than a voice inside his head. It's not stable yet, but it's getting there. Sophronius can separate his presence into as many pieces as he wants, meaning he can have as many interactions at once as he wants. He can also go back and forth between being in the mind and being physical. Another thing he can do is block out other voices and their influences, but he must be in the mind or in physical contact with the person he's trying to do this to. If you didn't see this tidbit earlier, he is 10'5". He can also hear thoughts, but only if he wants to.

*sophronius blinks. acacius groans behind him and pushes him aside.*

He's an old man who doesn't understand the lingo, kid. Don't worry, I gotcha.

*he drops a small handful of candy into her bag, then gives her a strange, half-friendly, half-scary smile.*

*sophronius tilts his head, confused.*

*.... it's a child.*

*A very young child... she doesn't look any older than 5. Long, gray hair... big gray eyes... pale skin... and a slightly terrified expression. She's wearing something that looks kind of like a manatee onesie... but also not, it's far too realistic and not shaped right. The child is also wearing a cute, puffy, white dress and had a little tiara over the hood(?) of the onesie(?).*

*She stares up at Sophronius, freezing up and clutching her bag with sea animals on it.*

.... u-um....

*sophronius's eyes soften, and he crouches down to try and make himself appear smaller so he doesnt scare her.*

Well, hello there, little one. You look quite lost.

*behind him, acacius begins to sneak forward, a devious grin on his face.*

(Acacius, if you could let me handle this first before you interrupt, I would greatly appreciate it.)

*acacius freezes, then scowls.*

{Fiiiiine. But only because I'm being forced to be nice to you today and not because I want to. I wanna fucking jumpscare this kid, Beetlejuice style.}

*sophronius's left eye twitches, but his smile remains unchanging. he smiles warmly at the girl.*
