I have a LOT of weight to lose. I have had to learn that most people won't even notice my 85.5 lb weight loss thus far because I was so big that it's harder to tell. Amusingly, when I was gaining or maintaining weight people always asked if I'd lost weight. I think people are trying to make you feel better, so they just say that. Now that I actually am losing weight, no one says a word.
