    Bringing a hand to her temple, her index finger moved along tender skin, wincing as it came away with a bit of blood. “Yeah. I’ll be fine.” Wiping the blood on her already dirty and old jeans, she frowned. “Though I’ll have one hell of a headache for a while.” Turning her head to look at Ruby, the blonde looked her up and down. “Are you okay?”

       For the moment Ruby was just fine. A nice cut along from a steak knife was already bleeding through her arm , but other than that nuisance of pain the she wolf was far better off than the hit Elena had taken. “Just fine. Come on let me at least stop the bleeding.” she offered her hand out towards the blonde, ushering her inside the back door of the diner.
