So i was super shy about recording but I want to get better knowing I'm doing it right. I try and make sure I get low (get low get low to the windo...) and I read you should make sure your hips are forward so I try and thrust forward on the way up. I am having trouble gripping the bar. Is that a stretching thing or should I just not squat cuz my shoulders are weird as fuck?
