Headed down the @theweightpile today in #FortMyers to work with a #TexasDeadliftBar it felt great getting used to the bar. @tarzanlifting loaded the bar with 460. I got it off the ground, but I didn't get that slack out before I pulled. I need to work more on getting that slack out first and then pulling. I'm confident 460 will go up at #GBBattleoftheBay I also want to say thank you to @coreyclarkstrongman for staying later and helping me with my #benchpress and to all the folks who stopped to cheer me on.
