Standing curiously along the London rooftops the Werewolf hid his face feeling his jaw where a new scar crossed his face since his fight with the small vampire. Glancing down her watched Seras go about her night wondering if she noticed him ghosting around London the past few months.

Seras had indeed been doing just that - going about her business. Too busy to cautiously regard her surroundings for tonight.

The streets were fairly quiet that evening. Quiet enough for Seras to pause beside a dim alleyway whilst she pushed open her large umbrella. The typically gloomy British downpour coming down from the heavens, coating over the tarmac and brick of London with puddle after puddle..

As she continued on, a second person seemed to have appeared, walking beside her. She hadn't greeted them, at least, it hadn't been audible if she had. Had they come from the alley?Walking along not too farther, the pair shuffled into a jazz bar..

Sorcha had woken up with her head on Hans’ chest, listening to his pulse and his breathing. He was warm, smelled good, felt good… Fuck. She sighed, blinking her eyes open and lifting her head to look down at him. Looking at his still sleeping face, she frowned.

Sure, he was attractive, and sure he was one of the few others of their kind she’d ever seen, but something about him terrified her. Was it how old he was and how well he knew life? Probably not. Was it how alpha-male and bossy he was at times? Most likely. But what really got her is the fact that even if she did let herself feel something positive beyond friendship or comradery for him, what if he was slain just as she’d started to feel more? The huntress had already lost way too many people for her liking, and the best way to defend against that is to not get attached to anyone else.

My apologies for being so quiet the past few weeks (or even, months..!)  I have been busy completing my undergraduate degree, and have now finally graduated this week!
