The heads at the table. The beginning of my project to replace the character portraits of the GF9 Dune boardgame with more colorful, diverse, and memorable illustrations. (My project of paying people to do it ;p ) So far are Baron Vladmir Harkonnen, Navigator Edric, Liet Kynes, Reverend Mother Gaius Helen Mohiam, The Padishah Emperor Shaddam Corrino IV, and Paul Atreides by the extremely talented @thewinddrifter

I for one really liked your post and you expressed a sentiment i myself have felt and argued with people over many times before. I'm really sorry that other people don't feel the same.

aw thanks, im glad im not the only person who gets riled up and upset by this. It’s more that I get worried because of the size of my platform because i know I’m not just speaking to a few people and their friends, i could accidentally end up speaking to thousands if the post spreads and all the grief that comes with it

Have you ever played Mount and Blade: Warband, Viking Conquest specifically? Sounds like something you'd enjoy.

Speaking of DiU is it just me or has the animation quality lately been kind of sub-par at many moments?

idk its like sometimes they outsource it and sometimes they dont, i dont know the details of it

i did spend ages deliberating Lyn Corbray, because it isn’t clear. eventually i decided that in comparison to Septon Utt, who is undeniably a disgusting, vile paedophile, which GRRM denotes by saying he goes after ‘little boys’. Corbray likes boys, in the same way that Robert Baratheon likes girls. ‘boy’ is used to describe characters like Robb, Satin and Loras who are men grown but still youthful.
