Skyping up a Story
Just finished skyping with Mark Anthony (I'm actually just gonna call him Anthony from now on, as I'm also a Mark) who lives in New York. We talked for 3 hours about the story, which is really starting to come together.
After three hours of thinking with that in-game-world logic and reasoning, I'm now in some weird in-between state, semi with my mind in the real world. Idk. My room always feels a bit too quiet too abrubtly after long skype calls.
I'm really used to doing everything alone with art and stuff, but I'm seeing the very positive sides of working together with other people. I tend to be a bit too free in my thinking and mostly just start working randomly on things until they sometimes magically come together, but Anthony is more realistic and pragmatic in his approach, and tries to make more sense and meaning (and he's really creative in that way). On my own, it wouldn't be half as good as it's shaping up to be now.
Anyway, I probably should go to sleep goodnight! (it's 1 AM here!)
And obviously I can't code shit so Martín is too invaluable for this game to even explain (also I know he'll be reading this so just a shout out <3 )
