Interestingly, everybody hears their own voice at a lower pitch in their head, and even when they speak allowed, because when you hear your own voice, you also hear it vibrating throughout your body, lowering the pitch. This is also the reason that everybody hates the sound of their own voice. (Also thank you for accepting that submission from me a while back.)
