The Recipe: For the base: 2 frozen bananas 1 alphonso mango 2 Tbsp. of plant protein powder Blend in a high-speed blender until creamy and set in a bowl. - Toppings: 2 Tbsp. Coconut shreds dehydrated mango meat Rawnola (made with dates, nuts and coconut shreds blended) Dragon fruit, melon balled Served with my left over mango passionfruit sorbet.
