Straight Answers || Elise & Rogue
Elise sighed as she let her head fall against the heavy wooden door of Ms. Rogue's office. Normally she'd be standing or pacing outside of it as she waited, but she was too tired. The interrogations, the rumors, the snooping, it was all taking its toll. She wasn't meant for this kind of life. She was meant for the kind of life with 8:30 call times,skin-tight sequined suits, and rounds of applause at the end of every night.
Not cold stares and whispers.
She'd never met Ms. Rogue, but she had heard that if you actually wanted some answers without having to watch every word you say she was the one you talk to. Elise just needed to know if this place was still safe, if it was still going to be running, if she needed to make other plans, and she was sick of head games.
Her head perked up as she heard the sound of footsteps down the hall.
