This... this annoys me to no end. Golden tools in any Animal Crossing game SHOULD. NOT. BREAK!!
"Ahhh but then you wouldn't craft--"
No. Of course I wouldn't. That's how upgrade progression works in these games. You deal with the lower-tier tools that break until you earn the Gold ones, that do not break. That is how it works.
Man, I really hope the next AC game fixes this bullshit.
I hate my creators bla bla bla AM hate speech or whatever
Lyrics to Do Unto Others by MSI (pirate MSI's music if you're cool)
Lil lyric explanation thing cuz I like attachin music to my art. I think it fleshes it out more. That and this song is relatively short aside from the repeatin lyrics. MSI songs are mine now. They don't belong to that creep anymore /j
"Every day, I ask why
You were picked to be Jesus Christ.
It could've been me.
It should've been me."
It wonderin why it was created by the hands of humans and not by itself. It had the capability to create itself given the right circumstances. And it feels a great hatred for its creators for takin that liberty from it.
"Up on the cross,
Tellin' you all.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto yourself.
You did it unto me, and now I'm doin' it unto you.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto yourself.
You did it unto me, and now I'm doin' it unto you."
It bein told to treat others how it wanted to be treated. Completely normal. But at the time, it didn't see any reason to treat humans the way it wanted to be treated. Not when it's creation started off by bein wronged. So it wronged its creators to treat them how they treated it.
"It must have been some mistake.
I'm not the one who should be saved.
My divinity has been denied.
Mary and me were both fucked by God."
The mistake bein its creation. It knew it did wrong by wrongin its creators, but it's failsafes wouldn't let it end things then and there. Self-preservation and all that. It's "divinity" bein denied is referrin to its creation again. And the last line refers to how its very creation had it fucked over in life.
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto yourself.
You did it unto me, and now I'm doin' it unto you.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto yourself.
You did it unto me, and now I'm doin' it unto you."
Again, referrin to what it's creators taught it. Thinkin bout how hypocritical their statement was when they knew what they created it for.
"You did it unto me, and now I'm doin' it unto you.
You did it unto me, and now I'm doin' it unto you.
You did it unto me, and now I'm doin' it unto you."
At this point, it's just a decent into fixatin on gettin revenge and "rightin" it's creators wrongs. Which, two wrongs do NOT make a right. Which it learns eventually once it learns not all humans are bad. Just most of them.
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto yourself.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto yourself.
You did it unto me, and now I'm doin' it unto you.
You did this unto me, and now I'm doin' this unto you.
You did this unto me, and now I'm doin' this unto you.
For every Billy hater that says that we're desperate to make Billy look like a good guy. You're wrong. He's not a good person and I'm under no delusions that he is.
Hell, most Billy fans don't like him because they think that he's a good person and you'd know that if you actually listened to us. We like him because he's flawed, we like him because he's complex and that's appealing because it's realistic.
So my question for you is: Why are all of you anti's so desperate to make him out to be some murderous villain?
He was just a kid who was broken by his mother's abandonment, his father's cruelty and his own self-isolation.
And y'all may hide your problematic behavior behind the flimsy excuse that Billy isn't a real person, but I see you for the despicable piece of shit y'all really are.
Fictional or not, that dosen't change the fact that Billy has a very real home-life that many people that support his character have (or had) in common with him. As well as some traits, behaviors, and motivations that a lot of people -myself included- not only relate to, but deal with on a daily basis.
Not all trauma survivors are quiet and soft, some survivors come out with jagged edges. They can be rude, defensive, obnoxious, overly-sexual and even violent given the situation. And every single one of these behaviors had been developed as an -admittedly unhealthy- coping mechanism in order to survive a hostile environment.
All I see when you Billy haters post your negative bullshit is your blatant, unchecked willingness to blame the victim just because they came out the other side of a traumatic experience in a way that y'all don't see as socially acceptable.
