Because I am prone to motion sickness (it's usually not an issue in games, unless there is water graphics involved, like here), I had to be careful with this one. The part that really gets me is after you've collected all the Blue Coins and your character is eerily still while the waves bounce (having one object still versus the background moving is what usually sets my stomach churning).
